Zebra 105SL failure one
Fault: The print program written by myself, the print content is drawn by myself, can be printed on a normal printer, but cannot be printed on a barcode printer (Zebra 105SL (300dpi)). What is the difference between normal printer and barcode printer programming? How to change my program?
Solution one:
1. First make sure the printer driver is installed correctly, make sure the printer is connected properly, and use the word to print the content normally.
2. If you confirm the above content, if your print program does not respond, your code is wrong. Please use a normal printer or virtual printer to ensure that your print program has no problem.
3. Through the above two steps can generally ensure that your print program is no problem, but for a specific barcode printer, it may still print abnormally, you can download the corresponding bar code printer driver from Seagull Scientific, and then print.
Generally, you can solve the problem through these 3 steps.
Solution two:
You can take a look at Zebra ZPL manual. The 105SL barcode machine prints faster with instructions. It is OK to write commands directly to the port.

Fault: Zebra 105SL printer prints a blank label
Solution: You can try to adjust the print temperature of the zebra 105SL. If it is a Seagull driver, the relative value and absolute value are divided into the machine's Setup menu. You can directly increase the Darkness. If it is ZD original factory drive, there is no absolute and relative difference, and you can directly increase the darkness.
Zebra 105SL failure three
Fault: Use the Word document to connect to the Zebra 105SL barcode printer, but after reinstalling the print driver, when printing the label, only half of the text content, the remaining half is not printed.
Solution: It needs to set the page size of the label in the driver, and adjust the width and height of the label.
