We know that the Honeywell MS7580 QR code scanner supports scanning 2D barcodes. In some special cases, the Honeywell MS7580 QR code scanner can't scan or it is difficult to scan the QR code. The most common cases are as follows:

1. Bar code on the phone screen or computer screen. Due to the reflected light, some barcodes on the fluorescent screen can be scanned by the barcode scanner, and some can’t be scanned. In this case, you can try to adjust the barcode clarity of the display before scanning. If you can't scan it, it can only say that your barcode scanner can't scan the bar code on the phone screen or computer screen. At this point you can print the barcode and then scan the paper barcode.

2. The code system of the barcode scanner is not turned on. Honeywell MS7580 QR code scanner itself supports scanning of 2D barcodes, but it can't be scanned. In this case, we can try to scan other QR codes (preferably paper, as shown above). There was no response after scanning, indicating that the barcode system of the barcode scanner was not turned on. We can find the setting code of the QR code system in the setup manual of Honeywell MS7580 barcode scanner (as shown below), scan it and set it successfully, and then we scan the QR code again.
