Q: When my order will be shipped?

will be shipped out in 1-3 days(after payment confirmation) for the strict QC process to every single piece of
your parts.Q: Who are your shipping partners and how long would it take to ship my order to me?
A: We ship via FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.
Parts from Hongkong will be shipped out in 1-3 days(after payment confirmation) for the strict
QC process to every single piece of your parts.
Parts from the US will be shipped out in 12 hours as all the US inventories were pre-tested.
Soon after the parcel be dispatched to the courier, you will get them in:

2-4 Business Days for the parts ordered from Hongkong (FedEx)
1-3 Business Days for the parts ordered from the US (FedEx U.S.)
Smart Shipping:
5-7 Business Days for the parts ordered from Hongkong (FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS,)
1-3 Business Days for the parts ordered from the US (FedEx U.S.)
Economy Shipping:

Q: How much is the shipping costs?
A: Usually almost all of the logistics companies calculate the freight fee according to both the actual weight and size
of the packages.They will charge the fee based on the weight or size, whichever is larger. Please note that sometimes shipping to remote destinations requires more time and additional fees due to international logistic policies.

Q: Do you provide free shipping if I place a big order?
A: Sorry, we do not provide free shipping, because our prices do not include shipping fee and the shipping
fee is charged by transportation companies.Q: How do I know where my package has reached?
A: After we ship out your order, we will send you a tracking number by email, so you can check out the shipping
status of your order.Q: Can you ship battery?
A: Yes, we can, but only via EMS, and it would take up to 2 – 3 weeks to deliver it to you.
Q: Can I change my address?
A: Sorry, we cannot change the shipping address when the order is already on the way to the destination.
You may have to contact the local logistics company to ask whether you can change the shipping address and how can you manage to do it.
Q: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
A: Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO
