Q: Are your parts original and new?

A: We provide original parts, high copied parts and refurbished parts, with indicating wordings in their names respectively. All of these three kinds of parts are new and quality assuring.  

 

Q: How do I file a quality complaint?

A: In this case please contact our customer service immediately. In order to solve every complaint efficiently, we may need your help and full support. First, we need some information such as the description of the encountered problem, including words, photos (the higher the quality, the better), and the evidence showing that the product was purchased from IBS (there is an "IBS" stamp on every product). After we get this information, we will work together with our QC engineers to solve the problem. For more details, please refer to Warranty Policy and WEA Process.

 

Q: What should I do if I receive defective/wrong parts or some of the parts are missing?

A: In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please refer to our WEA Process below:
