Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Cancel Your Order before Payment

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. 

Note: If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, as prices, shipping rates and/or currency conversion rates may have changed. In this case, simply reorder your item. 

Cancel Your Order after Payment

Before your order is shipped or handed over to shipping agents, you can cancel your order. 

Change Your Order after Payment

To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, please don't hesitate to contact us soon. There is no charge for this service. Current contact methods are: live chat, Ticket, sales@ibarcodesolutions.com. 

Note: If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. See returns and refund policy.

 

Q: Why was my order cancelled? Why did you refund my payment?

A: If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you have ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service representatives will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we cannot get in touch with you within 15 days after we receive your payment, we will return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order. 

Possible reasons for refunding money are:

  1. Did not pass quality inspection
  2. Credit card merchant has raised red flags
  3. Order canceled
  4. Reduced shipping fees due to combination of multiple orders
  5. Change in ordered products
  6. Reimbursement requested
  7. Other payment exception or system error
