1. Is there MOQ for US shipping?
a. When all the items you ordered are available in US warehouse, there is no MOQ;
b. When your order is mixed with parts both from US inventory and HK inventory, the MOQ exists, your minimum order value in USA inventory is suggested to be over $200.
2. As my order is submitted, how can I know what parts in my order will be shipped from USA and what won't?
-- The system will automatically match and show you clearly what parts will be shipped from USA and HK when you submit the shopping cart before checking out.
3. How can I add items which are unavailable in your USA inventory?
-- Please add what you need in your shopping cart as usual, our system will arrange everything well for you; if you look for some special parts, you can email to sales@ibarcodesolutions.com or contact your account manager directly.
4. How do you calculate the shipping cost? If part of items in my order will be shipped from USA, and the rest shipped from HK, should I pay double shipping fees?
-- Shipping cost is based on the destination, size and the shipping method you choose, but shipping fee will be charged only once per order.
5. What shipping method do you usually use? If I choose to ship by expedited shipping, will you do that for me? Is it possible to arrange over-night shipping?
-- In the US, we usually ship by FedEx (48 hours delivery after dispatch), to Canada by DHL (72 hours delivery after dispatch), expedited shipping will be put in priority.
Over-night shipping is available however much higher shipping cost will be caused. Please contact

6. Can I use my own UPS/FedEx/DHL or other shipping account to deliver my orders?
-- Yes, that is acceptable; you can make a note in your order or email to sales@ibarcodesolutions.com or contact your account manager for this arrangement ahead of time.
7. If I have regular needs on certain parts, but I always need fast delivery, is it possible for IBS to stock specially for me in your USA warehouse?
-- Yes, we are glad to stock items to support your business; if you have any special needs, please email to sales@ibarcodesolutions.com or contact your account manager.
