Q: Can I use other people's credit card to complete the transaction?

A: It is not suggested that you use other people's credit card because it may take 1-2 business days' more for us to confirm your order. That is to say,Some additional information and documents might required to verify your payment before processing your order.

 

Q: Why do I fail to complete the transaction when using Credit Cards?

A: If your Transaction has failed using Global Collect on our website, there are several possible reasons listed bellow for your reference: 

1. Restricted Credit Card Types

The credit card types currently supported by Global Collect are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

2. Restricted Currencies

The currencies currently supported by Global Collect are: USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, HKD and CHF.

3. Insufficient Balance.

4. Wrong or Missing Billing Information.

You may make a mistake in the security code, billing address, expiry date, etc.

5. Your credit card account is suspended. 

6. Overseas payment is restricted by your card issuing bank

Generally, once you failed to complete the transaction by credit card, trying to use PayPay or Wire Transfer instead is highly recommended because it has wider applicability, or consult with your card issuer bank's Authorization Department directly to find a better solution.

 

Q: How to complete the transaction of Pending Payment order?

A: Log in "My Account"→ Click "My orders"→ Choose the order and click "Pay now"→ Click PayPal or Global Collect (Credit Card Payment) icon to complete the transaction.

 

Note: If your order is more than a week old you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, as prices, shipping rates and/or currency conversion rates may have changed. In this case, simply reorder your item.
