Motorola Symbol DS9808 2D barcode scanner has exceptional features that speed up the checkout process at the checkout counter, increase customer satisfaction, and drive sales. Programmable scanning speed, bar code labels can be scanned up to 254cm per second, so fast scanning is possible, which is necessary for busy applications. With omnidirectional scanning, you don't need to adjust the orientation of the bar code to scan. This device can quickly capture any 1D and 2D barcodes, and the cashier no longer needs to manually enter barcodes. With an ergonomic trigger, you can scan easily and comfortably in a handheld manner.
The specially designed laser aiming mode provides a clear, bright field of view even in bright daylight conditions, ensuring one-time accurate aiming. Even in the busiest retail environment, the buzzer can alert the user that an accurate scan has been made. One-time scan scans the price and decodes the EAS tag at the same time, further ensuring the efficiency of the checkout counter, preventing the customer from being embarrassed by false alarms and delaying the security guard's time.
With the Motorola Symbol DS9808, you can take your cashier's work efficiency and throughput to the next level. The unique hybrid design provides superior comfort and ease of use in both handheld and hands-free scanning modes, further enhancing diversity, functionality and performance. Internally, it provides the latest scanning technology for record-breaking 1D and 2D barcode reading speeds, as well as the ability to capture images and signatures. Standard and long-range scanning modes are available, and the hands-free decoding range can be adjusted to suit your needs in both modes. For example, to match the EAS deactivation range or to prevent inadvertently mis-scanning nearby products, the innovative hybrid design is designed for ease of use with hands-free and handheld scanning; dynamic switching of converged data acquisition between modes; 1D, 2D and PDF417 code system; image capture; signature capture and RFID provide application flexibility; no longer need to use multiple devices, saving the cost associated with this; future-oriented, built-in support for future applications.
