The monitor power board is an important part of the monitor drive system and is responsible for controlling the power supply aspects of the drive circuit, that is, turn-on and turn-off of the switch, and boosting the transformer to provide sufficient drive voltage while lighting, at the same time maintain the output current stable while the circuit is operating.
1. Power Circuit Block Diagram
Introduction: Switching power supply is through the circuit control switch for high-speed opening and closing. DC power is converted into high-frequency AC power to provide transformers with transformers to generate one or more sets of voltages. The role of the input circuit is to transform the AC input voltage into a smooth high-voltage DC voltage; the role of the power converter is to convert the high-voltage DC voltage to a high-frequency pulse voltage with a frequency greater than 20 kilohertz; the role of the rectifier filter circuit is to convert the high-frequency pulse voltage into a stable DC output voltage. The function of the power controller is to sample the output DC voltage to control the width of the power switching device driving pulse, thereby adjusting the turn-on time so that the output voltage can be adjusted and stabilized.
2. Boost Circuit Block Diagram
Introduction: The CCFL inverter is an inverter that converts the input low-voltage direct current into the alternating high-voltage output through the mos tube switching and transformer boosting. The DC power input passes through the fuses and filter capacitors, one of them to the mos tube and the transformer, and the other to the IC through the on/off switch. PWM controls IC output two square wave signals with adjustable pulse width (frequency is about 50 kΩ), respectively drive two mos tubes, switch the two opposite currents flowing through the transformer primary, and then through a larger turns ratio booster to output a sinusoidal high voltage lighting lamp. The role of the voltage feedback part is that when the output voltage is abnormal, IC can timely stop the output; the role of the current feedback is to sample and control the output current in real time through the current sampling signal to keep the lamp brightness is stable.Frequently Asked Questions -
