Symbol MC3000, MC3070, MC3090R, MC3090S gasket is mounted on the nip between the front and rear casings of the handheld mobile computer. The soft and elastic silicone side gasket is added to the front and rear casings to enhance its durability and adhesion. And the flexibility of the silicone also enhances the adhesion of the machine assembly. Symbol MC3000 specification describes "the impact that can withstand multiple drops from a height of 4 feet to the concrete floor", and such an advantage is inseparable from the anti-shock effect of the side frame of the silicone.
For the appearance of the MC3000 gasket, its overall shape is the same as the size of the entire outer gasket of the handheld mobile computer. There are many different shapes of grooves on the inner side, and two silicone side keys in the middle of the two sides, each silicone side key has a plastic key inside. In order to distinguish the left and right plastic keys, “L” and “R” are printed on the two plastic keys respectively. The original MC3000 and MC3070 side gasket are somewhat different in color and appearance, but the two are universal and there is no difference in functionality and installation.

Installation guide
Before installing the Symbol MC3000 gasket, be sure to put the plastic button into the corresponding position of the silicone side gasket. For the LCD and cable, the installation of the silicone side gasket is very easy. The silicone gasket is not easily damaged during installation, but care should be taken to prevent damage when disassembling.
