Features
Symbol MC3000 touch screen is a traditional four-wire resistive touch screen. The process of film-coated glass is used to make the touch screen look rich texture. A thick pad on the touch side improves the security of the touch screen.
Symbol MC3000 touch screen is square in shape with flexible cable extensions at the top and an irregular S-shaped cable. Compared with the Symbol MC9000 touch screen, the Symbol MC3000 touch screen is significantly smaller, and its double-sided pad design is not as thick as the double-sided pad of the MC9000 touch screen. However, because this screen is made of glass, its wear resistance and sturdiness are far different from those of the MC9000 touch screen, which is relatively more vulnerable.
Installation guide
The mirror surface of the Symbol MC3000 touch screen is relatively easy to dirty. In order to ensure the convenience of customer replacement, there is a protective film on both sides of the touch. We do not need to remove the protective film during the performance test to prevent ash. In addition, you can wear a finger cot when you take the product.
Symbol MC3000 touch screen is not glued to the LCD, but is glued to the front case, so one side is with touch glue for adhering to the front case.
During the installation process of Symbol MC3000 touch screen, it must be noted that the force should not be too large, because its glass material is relatively fragile, and in order to avoid contact failure, affect the visible area of the touch product, do not touch the position of the PIN.
Precautions
1. Place the touch screen at a suitable temperature, if necessary, can put some desiccant (temperature -30℃ to 80℃, humidity 80% RH or lower, but not more than);
2. Do not put heavy objects on the storage items to prevent crushing;
3. Do not press the outlet or FPC;
4. Avoid placing objects in direct sunlight;
5. Keep the box opening in the carton place upwards.
