Installation guide
Although the flex cable ribbon of MC55 and MC5590 digitizer touch screen is very flexible, when the external force is too large, the root of the flex cable ribbon will be separated and broken. Therefore, there are several precautions during installation:
1. The lead wire must be inserted horizontally during assembly and should not be inserted in the bottom of the reinforcing plate in the way of folding.
2. The lead wire of reinforcement plate can’t be bent.
3. Avoid picking up the touch screen through the lead wire to avoid pulling the lead wire.
4. Do not use a corrosive organic solvent to wipe the surface of the touch screen film, such as industrial alcohol.
Precautions
Symbol MC5574, MC5590 touch screen is made of glass. The corners of the glass are sharp. They should be packed and fixed during storage to avoid collisions between each other lead to scratches.
Symbol MC5574, MC5590 touch must be covered with a protective film on both sides before storage, and then wrapped in a soft sealing pocket, and then fixed in a rigid storage box.
