The cable of Intermec CK31 touch screen is designed to be very long because of its own installation requirements. Therefore, the material used is also very soft. The root of the cable is not completely pressed on the touch screen like other touch screens, but only the intermediate functional area is completely crimped and the edge is hollow, which can increase the bending flexibility of the cable, but at the same time, the cable will be torn when it touches the left and right tension. Be sure to protect the root of the cable when installing. At the same time, the product has foam on both sides, and has double-sided adhesive cover for easy installation.
Intermec CK31 touch screen is made of FPC material and is very flexible. It is also fixed with silica gel at the root of the cable. It is very protective and the selection of foam and double-sided tape is made of advanced materials.
Installation guide
Although the cable of Intermec CK31 touch screen is very flexible, but because the cable is long and the root of the cable is not completely pressed, the touch screen cannot be picked up by the cable during installation. The LCD screen and the touch screen must be fixed before the cable is installed. Do not install the cable in a non-horizontal condition.
Precautions
The cable of the Intermec CK31 touch screen is relatively long. Do not allow the cable to be squeezed during storage to avoid bending.
The Intermec CK31 touch screen must be covered with a protective film on both sides before storage, and then bundle them with mucous membranes, 3 bundles (not too hard), at last fixed with a rigid storage box (do not overwhelm the cable). A pack of desiccant can be placed in the box and stored in a cool dry place.
